Advocate Lawyers was created out of a desire to assist clients through the litigation and dispute resolution process. As experienced court lawyers, we can assist with any part of the process including:

What is litigation?

Litigation is the process of taking legal action. When we say “litigation” we mean any action in a Court.

Advocate Lawyers specialise in civil litigation and dispute resolution. If you are involved in a dispute, whether in or out of Court, we can assist you.

While we represent clients in court and mediations, we also assist with resolving disputes at an early stage where appropriate through negotiation with the other party.

Our principal, Kelly Dewey, trained as a Mediator and can also assist by providing mediation services where she is not representing the parties who are part of the dispute.
